Soothing Skin Morning Tea

  • 2 – 3 grams Fresh Ginger
  • 2 – 3 grams Fresh Turmeric
  • 2 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar (with the mother)
  • 1.5 liters Water


  1. Peel Ginger and Turmeric, slice thinly
  2. Add water to a pot with Ginger and Turmeric, bringing it to a boil.
  3. Once boiling, lower the heat and simmer covered for 10 mins.
  4. Add Apple Cider Vinegar.
  5. Enjoy 1 cup as a hot tea or allow to cool, drinking it cold with ice.
  6. Once cooled, bottle with the Ginger and Turmeric remnants, store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

Serves 5-6 cups.
